In 2006, Seema took the leap to entrepreneurship, opening Salon Alure in Ashburn, Virginia, before establishing Salon Montage in the Villages at Leesburg in 2010. Over the years, she has worked with top brands like L'Oréal Professionals and Aveda, teaching advanced techniques in cutting and coloring to aspiring stylists.
